For many years I have been searching for a home based business web site that would suggest a profitable home business that my wife could establish and grow. Have you found one yet? There aren’t many home based business web sites out there that are worth reading today. Not many that you find would suggest a home based businesses for women that could become a profitable home business. I was looking for one for my wife, so I read through many home based business articles that I found on a variety of home based business web sites. Some were interesting while others were just plain crap. Many are just what fellow marketers call a ‘squeeze page’ which is just trying to get your information for their list.

Having really never found an appropriate home based business web site that contained home based business articles that were worth anything, I decided to create one myself; thus the creation of Your Turn To Make Money dot com. In this blog I attempt to create some home based business articles that viewers would enjoy reading and I hope can bring them some value. I already have some on this blog such as “Top 10 Reasons to Work At Home” and “What People Look for in a Business Opportunity”, amongst others.

As far as finding home based businesses for women that can become a profitable home business, we have found that the business opportunity with DubLi Network is a viable one to explore. After all, most women enjoy shopping, don’t they? So this business that employs a customer driven business model seems to be right up their alley. My wife and I are having fun with it and we are in the process of growing a residual income that will last us a lifetime.

DubLi is That Company

A new Bonus plan has jus been announced.

This is an amazing concept to grab onto so listen up.

Over and Above what is detailed in the compensation plan for the DubLi Business Associate, the bonus is as follows:

For Business Associates at the Team Member and Team Leader level, for every new 5 associates they bring in during the month DubLi will pay you an $800 bonus. That is $800 over and above the standard commission benefits. We already have folks that have brought in 15 new associates and got a $2400 bonus on top of what they already get from the compensation plan.

Now the Bonus payouts get even better for business associates that are at the higher levels (which is where you could be heading once you accumulate all that bonus money).  For Team Coordinators, Sales Directors, and Vice Presidents, DubLi is paying out a 20% Bonus in addition to what the compensation plan already has in store for you at this level. So get this. When you come to the end of the month and see that you have earned $10,000 in commissions directly from the compensation plan, you will get a check for $12,000. That’s right a 20% bonus over the top!

Now in addition to the bonuses, DubLi has also adjusted their already “Beefy” compensation plan. Where the standard commission rates were paying anywhere from 2 to 14% they are now set to payout 5 to 25%.  This is the commission rate on all transaction that occur within your organization and includes ALL of the associates underneath you as well as ALL of the private label partnerships established by you or anyone on your team.

Unbelievable!! But True…

My last writing highlighted the six characteristics that a company must possess in order to provide each of us in the Network Marketing Industry with a proper Business Opportunity as an associate or affiliate with a company. Now I would like to address how DubLi (the shopping portal) and DubLi Network (the business opportunity) stands up to each of the principles defined:

How many different opportunities have you been involved with or even researched?

1, 2, 5, a dozen, or even more?

What were you looking for when you found each of them?

These are questions I have learned to address as I have made progress in this industry of ours, the Network Marketing Industry. I would like to share with you a few principles I have learned a Company Must Have that are extremely important when it comes to finding the correct business opportunity:

1) Product(s) and Pricing

The product(s) or service(s) that a company offers is the number one reason that they are in business to begin with. If there is no interest in the product or no-one believes in it, then all is set up to fail. If the product is difficult to sell, whether direct or indirect, then failure is inevitable. How many people are really interested in all those lotions and potions out there? Although some may work for a few people and some others do not, most (if not all) eventually fade out.

It is also very important to take a look at the pricing of the product and determine if it provides the value that a consumer is really looking for.

2) Business Model

The primary component of a business model is to produce a transaction where either a product or a service changes hands. There is a lot of confusion in our industry about what MLM means, what the definition of direct sales is, talk of pyramids, etc… A true business model is one that has a proven concept and will survive the duration of the company. It is one that would incorporate a variety of features and programs that allow the affiliate to earn money in a multitude of ways.

3) Compensation Plan

All of us are in a business opportunity for one reason, To Make Money. Many have different goals or desires for establishing a home business but the bottom line is always that generating the proper income can provide all the other things people set their sites on. In this regard, the compensation plan that a company puts into place will eventually prove equally as important to the potential success the company will have.

Incentives play a large part in any comp plan. If the company does not establish different targets or dangle different carrots that an affiliate can shoot for, then the energy will decrease and the member will eventually lose their edge to keep advancing forward.

4) Education

The company must have a training program that will educate all of their associates or affiliates so that they are set on a path for success. This would be a program that provides and establishes an equal opportunity for all new affiliates. When this does not exist, the company has no chance of survival. Most companies tout that they have this level of training but typically come up short.

5) Management Team

The company must have a strong management team that sets the proper direction for where the company is headed. Many biz opps are sometimes just an idea of one guy and is going nowhere fast. A true structure of evenly distributed responsibilities as well as experienced and educated individuals is a must. Corporate America typically requires an established structure such as a board of directors; does your company have this?

6) Cash Position

The company has to have enough capital behind it to survive the ups and downs along the way. The funding behind the company and how it is funded is a key to the chances the company has for longevity. How many different opportunities that you know of have gone out of business? A strong balance sheet is invaluable to the success and duration of the company.

When I take a look at all the home business opportunities I have been involved with, been a member or affiliate of, or even just took a look at, NONE OF THEM, and I mean ZERO of them could offer a positive response to each and every one of these characteristics of what a True Company must have. They may have one or some but never all six.

If you want to play a round of golf or hit the driving range, you can. You get to spend more time doing what you want most in life. For many that are earning a decent salary in their job, they love the fact that they no longer trade time for money.

5. Unlimited Income Potential. The harder you work at home online, the faster you can reap in the profits. The results you show depend upon the effort you put in and typically depends on what business opportunity you are working. Your monthly income can go up and up each month, but that depends on you. Your job on the other hand, always had certain limitations to what you could earn. No more working to make someone else rich.

6. Tax Deductions. When you run your own business, Uncle Sam actually becomes your partner. There are so many different business deductions you can take when you have your own business and run it from home.

7. Portability. With having a online business you can go out when you want or go on vacation when you want. Your business should be portable so you can take it with you whenever or wherever you want. Some people have a website that runs itself and requires little or minimal attention.

8. Globalization. Most Work at home opportunities are reaching all over the world and do not have any affect on your hometown or where you live. You can live anywhere and not be affected by the circumstances surrounding your neighborhood such as a big factory or plant shutting down or layoffs at a major employer. It does not even matter if there are no jobs in your area. You will be able to sell your product or promote your service to anyone that has an internet connection.

9. Revolutionary Tools. We now have incredible tools available to us that help us boost our earning potential. There are tools out there you can use to automate your online business. Contact management software is available that contains email autoresponder that allow you to keep in touch with your customer base. The digital world is alive and well and more and more companies are supplying such technologically advanced features. These tools allow us to provide a service to other people. When we share in our success, more success comes our way.

10. Dress Code. This one I love. I actually work barefoot in my backyard on the golf course now. I like to tell people that now that I started my own home based business I still wear a suit and tie. Only now it is my BATHING SUIT and a MAI TAI.
